摘要
思想政治教育与心理健康教育从性质上看是分属两个不同的学科,但二者具有共同点,同时也有着明显的不同点。社会新形势的不断变化发展,在一定程度上影响着高校大学生的心理建设,导致当前高校大学生心理问题不断增多,对高校大学生心理和思想等方面的培养教育带来了严峻的挑战。因此,该文首先对大学生心理现状进行介绍,然后对高校思想政治教育存在的问题进行分析,在考虑高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育的关系基础上,提出相对应的解决措施,最大程度发挥心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中的积极作用。
Ideological and political education and mental health education belong to two different disciplines in nature,but they have common points and obvious differences.The continuous change and development of the new social situation,to a certain extent,affects the psychological construction of college students.With the increasing psychological problems of college students,the work of mental health education and ideological and political education are facing severe challenges.Therefore,this paper first introduces the psychological status of college students,and then analyzes the problems existing in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,fully considers the relationship between mental health education and ideological and political education,and puts forward solutions,give full play to the complementary role of mental health education in Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
