摘要
随着我国乡村振兴建设的推进,畜牧兽医行业亦在快速发展,对该专业的人才需求日益增加,但与之匹配的专业人才建设却跟不上行业发展的步伐,适合行业发展的职业教育地位和作用越发受到社会的关注和认可,而现代学徒制教学模式恰恰是提升职业教育素养,培养符合行业需求人才的重要途径。针对现代学徒制内涵及特点进行分析,以湘西民族职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业为例,探究现代学徒制在畜牧兽医专业的实际运用策略。以期通过现代学徒制教学模式的不断探索与创新,将其灵活运用到畜牧兽医专业教学中,提升学生的各项技能,促进学生全面发展,培育出符合行业需求的新时代高素质畜牧兽医新人才。
Along with the progress of China’s rural revitalization,the animal husbandry and veterinary industry has enjoyed rapid development,resulting in an increasing demand for professionals.However,development of matching talents failed to keep pace with development of the industry.In such a context,vocational education suitable for the industry development has received more social attention and recognition in terms of position and role.The modern teaching model of apprenticeship is an important way to improve the quality of vocational education and cultivate industrial needs-oriented personnel.To analyze the connotation and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship,the strategy of its practical application in animal husbandry and veterinary specialty was explored with the corresponding major at Xiangxi Vocational and Technical College for Nationalities as an example.This paper aims to apply the education model of modern apprenticeship flexibly to the teaching of the major through continuous exploration and innovation,thus enhancing the skills of the students,promoting their all-round development,and training high-quality talents in line with industrial requirements and the need of the times.
