摘要
现代学徒制是近些年来提出较多的人才培养模式,针对本专业的特点,我院中医康复技术专业借助传统中医学徒制的优点,与医院共同合作开展"双导师型"现代学徒制人才培养模式实践工作,取得了一些经验以供参考。
Modern apprenticeship system is a talent training mode which has been provided by more people in recent years. In view of the characteristics of this major and combined with advantages of traditional Chinese medicine apprenticeship system,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology major carries out modern apprenticeship system talent training mode of＂double-mentor type＂practice work with hospitals and gains some experience for reference.
