摘要
为探讨西藏茶产业下一步发展战略,在查阅相关资料的基础上,运用AHP-SWOT分析法并结合西藏茶叶消费调查数据对西藏茶产业的内外部发展环境进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,西藏茶产业的战略选择次序依次为WO战略、SO战略、WT战略和ST战略,今后的发展应以WO战略为重点,具体包括强化科技支撑、打造龙头企业与品牌以及实施茶产品的差异化与多元化战略等。
In order to explore the next development strategy of tea industry in Tibet,on the basis of consulting relevant data,the paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the internal and external development environment of tea industry in Tibet by using AHP-SWOT analysis method and combining with the survey data of tea consumption in Tibet.The results show that the order of strategic choice of tea industry in Tibet is WO strategy,SO strategy,WT strategy and ST strategy.The future development should focus on Wo strategy,including strengthening the supporting function of science and technology,creating leading enterprises and brands,and implementing differentiation and diversification strategy of tea products,etc.
