摘要
为制定科学、合理的发展策略,加强部队联合投送能力建设,对我军联合投送能力建设要素、目标进行分析。引入SWOT分析方法建立模型,结合层次分析法对相关优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行定量描述,对不同发展战略的选择流程和结果进行求解。并结合部队当前实际情况,提出加强我军联合投送能力建设的发展战略。
In order to make a scientific and reasonable development strategy and strengthen the capacity building of joint military delivery,this paper analyzes the elements and objectives of capacity building of joint delivery in our army.It firstly introduces SWOT analysis method to build the model.Then,it describes the relevant advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges with AHP quantitatively to solve the selection process and results of different development strategies.Finally,according to current situation of the army,it puts forward the development strategy of strengthening capacity building of joint delivery in our army.
