摘要
为提升我军联合投送保障能力,分析主要方向军事斗争准备联合投送保障的特点和要求,从改变运行机制、强化能力素质、调整战略布局、深化军民融合、强化空中投送、树立实战导向等方面提出对策建议。
To improve the joint projection support ability of our army,this paper analyzes the characteristis existing in aspects like operation mechanism. It is suggested that the operation mechanism be modified,the capability be strengthened,the strategic plan be adjusted,the civil and military integration be enhanced,the air projection be intensified and the battle-oriented concept be developed.
