摘要
随着国际经济与贸易的发展,港口在全球的经济地位逐渐提升,我国也开启了从交通大国向交通强国奋进的新征程;但在港口发展过程中,经济与环境的矛盾日益突出,粗放式发展模式已经难以为继。因此,港口的绿色发展已经成为交通强国建设的历史使命,也是港口转型、升级、发展的必由之路。建设绿色港口是一个系统工程,既要贯穿于港口的规划、设计、建设的各个环节,又要贯穿于港口经营、管理和服务的全过程。本文以日照港建设“国际领先的智慧绿色港”的行动为实例,围绕粉尘、水体等污染防治、景观绿化的花园式规划,探讨港口绿色发展的可行性路径,为我国“碧海蓝天”的绿色港口建设提供助益。
The development of international economy and trade raises the status of ports in global economy gradually,and starts a new journey,that is,China will become a great power in transportation from a country with huge transportation system.However,much more contradictions between national economy and local environment in the process of port development show that the extensive development mode cannot be continued.Green port development is the historical mission for China to construct a great power in transportation,and the only way to transform,upgrade and develop ports.As a systematic project,green port construction runs through not only the planning,design and construction of a port,but also the whole process of port operation,management and service.Based on the construction of internationally leading smart port by Rizhao port authority,the feasible strategies for green port development are explored from the aspects of pollution prevention and control involving dust and water,and green landscape such as garden-style planning,which will support China’s green port construction of pure blue sea and sky.
