摘要
利用城市间铁路客运最短旅行时间,基于2008年和2017年城市经济和人口数据,采用加权平均旅行时间、可达性系数计算城市可达性,分析高铁网络下中国城市可达性的时空演变特征。结果表明:高铁网络的建设显著压缩了城市间的时空距离,提升了全国城市的可达性水平,特别是对那些高铁从无到有的城市更为明显;当前建成和运营的高铁网络并未带来城市可达性的空间收敛,反而加大了城市间可达性的非均衡程度。高铁对全国不同区域、不同规模城市可达性的影响具有显著的异质性,城市规模越大可达性的增长幅度也越大,呈现铁路网络下城市可达性的“马太效应”;东南地区可达性的提升更为明显,使得可达性的空间重心由我国北方向南方偏移。总体上,高铁沿线城市可达性的受益远高于无高铁城市,高铁强化了区位条件在可达性中的重要程度。
By collecting the minimum travel time of high-speed rail and the minimum travel time of general railway from 34 central cities to 273 prefecture-level cities,GDP and population data for 2008 and 2017,using the weighted average travel time,the accessibility coefficient model is used to measure the accessibility of cities.The GDP and population accessibility of railway and high-speed rail in 34 central cities to 273 prefecture-level cities and the GDP and population accessibility of high-speed rail from 273 prefecture-level cities to 34 major cities are calculated,and the evolution characteristics of accessibility in Chinese cities under the high-speed rail network are analyzed.The results show that the construction of high speed rail has significantly improved the overall level of national accessibility effectively.It shortens the space-time distance between cities,especially for cities with high-speed rail from scratch.However,he construction of high-speed rail does not bring about the spatial convergence of urban accessibility,but increases the imbalance of urban accessibility.And the impact of high-speed rail on the accessibility of urban traffic in different regions and different scales of the city is different.The larger the size of the city,the greater the increase in accessibility.It can be seen that the size of the city affects the improvement of traffic accessibility by high-speed rail to a certain extent.The improvement of accessibility in the eastern and western regions is also more obvious,and high-speed rail strengthens the importance of geographical location in traffic.The benefits of accessibility in cities with high-speed rail and along corridors are much higher than those in cities with high-speed rail and cities along corridors.The evolution characteristics of accessibility in high-speed rail network show heterogeneity,the strong are constant and the weak are weak.
