摘要
目的观察并评价儿童牙体牙髓病应用奥硝唑合剂与一次性根管填充联合治疗方案的临床有效性以及对患儿咀嚼功能的改善效果。方法120例(192患牙)儿童牙体牙髓病患儿,依据奇偶顺序分为对照组(60例,95颗患牙)和观察组(60例,97颗患牙)。对照组患儿采用一次性根管填充治疗,观察组患儿采用奥硝唑合剂联合一次性根管填充治疗。比较两组患儿咬合力和咀嚼效能、治疗效果、并发症发生情况及感染发生情况。结果治疗前,两组咬合力、咀嚼效能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后30 d,观察组咬合力(133.42±7.61)lbs、咀嚼效能(90.45±5.34)%均高于对照组的(114.08±8.15)lbs、(83.29±4.35)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.94%(95/97),高于对照组的84.21%(80/95),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.33%、感染率为0,低于对照组的23.33%、8.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较一次性根管填充治疗,采用奥硝唑合剂联合一次性根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患儿疗效显著,能够增强患儿咬合力和咀嚼效能,且并发症发生率及感染率均相对较低,临床安全性更高,可促进预后积极改善。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the combined treatment of ornidazole mixture and one-time root canal filling in children with dental pulp disease,as well as its improvement effect on children’s masticatory function.Methods A total of 120 children(192 involved teeth)with masticatory function were divided into control group(60 cases,95 involved teeth)and observation group(60 cases,97 involved teeth)according to odd-even number method.The control group was treated with one-time root canal filling,and the observation group was treated with combined treatment of ornidazole mixture and onetime root canal filling.The occlusal force,chewing efficiency,therapeutic results,occurrence of complications and infections were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in occlusal force and chewing efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 d of treatment,the occlusal force(133.42±7.61)lbs and chewing efficiency(90.45±5.34)% of the observation group were higher than(114.08±8.15)lbs and(83.29±4.35)% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.94%(95/97),which was higher than 84.21%(80/95)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and infections of the observation group were 3.33% and 0,which were lower than 23.33% and 8.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with one-time root canal filling treatment for children with dental pulp disease,the combined therapy of ornidazole mixture and one-time root canal filling has more advantages in enhancing the occlusal force and chewing efficiency,with lower incidence of complications and infections and higher clinical safety,which can promote the positive improvement of the prognosis.
