摘要
随着MES系统在越来越多数字化矿山得到应用,但采矿生产业务受到地下矿山特殊性的制约,数据时效性差、数据不能沟通共享等问题,对井下生产作业不能起到很好的指导意义,从技术方案角度,针对中色非洲矿业有限公司(以下简称中色非矿)西矿体MES APP设计与应用给出建设性意见,将井下作业过程由封闭转变成透明,实现管理精细化,提升生产管理水平,达到增产增效的目的。
The MES system is being applied in more and more digital mines,however,restricted by particularity of underground mines,application of the MES systemcan nothave a good guidance for underground production operations because the data timeliness is poorand the data cannot be shared.From the perspective of technical solutions,this paper gives constructive suggestions on the design and application of MES APP for NFCA west ore body.In this way,the underground mining activitiesbecome visible and monitorable,the fine management isimplemented andproduction management level is promoted,which will lead to the improvement of efficiencyand production.
