摘要
疫情常态化形势下,医德教育面临众多挑战:医德教育的方法单一导致教育缺乏亲和力、效果不佳;医德教育的性质导致教育效果难以量化、流于形式。此外,贪污腐败、诚信缺失等不良社会风气对医学生的医德教育带来阻碍。鉴于爱国精神与医学生医德教育在教育目的上的一致性、教学方法上的相似性,在医德教育中厚植爱国精神可以从改进教学方法、完善评价机制、加强教师队伍建设三方面来进行加强。
Under the normal trend of epidemic situation,medical ethics education faces many challenges.The single method of medical ethics education leads to the lack of affinity,resulting in poor effect.The nature of medical ethics education makes the effect difficult to quantify and become a mere formality.In addition,the bad social atmosphere such as corruption and lack of integrity hinders the medical ethics education of medical students.Considering the consistency in the educational purpose and the similarity in teaching methods between patriotism and medical ethics education,the cultivation of patriotism in the education can be strengthened from three aspects:improving teaching methods,perfecting evaluation mechanism and enhancing the ability of teachers.
