摘要
中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的德育资源,它特别强调医者须具备高尚的医德修养。其核心价值理念“仁、和、精、诚”体现了医术与医德的统一,是医学职业精神的真实写照,是医德教育的文化本源;思维方法是历代医者长期实践经验积累的宝贵结晶,是极富生命力的认识论和方法论。高校医德教育当以中医药文化为根源,将核心价值理念贯穿医德教育始终;以中医学“整体观”思想为方法,将医德教育看作整体,分阶段、有侧重进行系统化设计,构建核心理念—基本方法—实现途径三维医德教育模式。将中医药文化与医德教育相结合,充分发挥中医药文化的德育功能,提升医学生医德教育实效,是高校医德教育的必要路径和重要内容。
Traditional Chinese medicine culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which contains rich moral resources.It especially emphasizes that doctors should have noble medical ethics.Its core value concept“benevolence,harmony,precision and honesty”embodies the unity of medical skill and medical ethics,which is the true portrayal of medical professionalism and the cultural origin of medical ethics education.The thinking method is the precious crystallization of the long-term practical experience accumulated by the medical practitioners of all ages,and it is a very vigorous epistemology and methodology.Medical ethics education in Colleges and universities should be based on traditional Chinese medicine culture,and the core value concept should be permeated throughout the whole medical ethics education;with the method of“holistic view”of traditional Chinese medicine,medical ethics education should be considered as a whole,and systematic design should be carried out in stages and with emphasis,and construct the three-dimensional medical ethics education mode with core idea basic method realization way.It is the necessary path and important content of medical ethics education in Colleges and universities to combine traditional Chinese medicine culture with medical ethics education,give full play to the moral education function of traditional Chinese medicine culture,and improve the effectiveness of medical ethics education for medical students.
