摘要
教育部和国务院扶贫办启动了《职业教育东西协作行动计划》,越来越多的西藏生到内地高职院来学习,这对内地高职院校教师的跨汉藏文化教学能力提出了较高的要求。内地高职院校教师在课堂语言表达、课堂管理、教学活动组织等方面都遇到了不小的挑战。内地老师应深刻了解汉藏文化的差异特点,从主、客观等方面着手来丰富自己的跨文化知识、培养西藏生跨文化学习意识,不断学习,努力提高自己的跨文化教学能力。
In 2016,the Ministry of Education and the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council launched the Action Plan for East West Cooperation in Vocational Education.More and more Tibetan students come to the mainland vocational colleges to study,which puts forward higher requirements for the teachers’teaching ability of cross Tibetan culture in the mainland vocational colleges.Teachers in higher vocational colleges in the mainland have encountered many challenges in the aspects of classroom language expression,classroom management,teaching activity organization,etc.Mainland teachers should have a deep understanding of the differences between Chinese and Tibetan cultures,enrich their crosscultural knowledge,cultivate Tibetan students’awareness of cross-cultural learning,keep learning and strive to improve their cross-cultural teaching ability from subjective and objective aspects.
