运用PLC和变频器实现电机多段调速

摘要 当前,变频器和PLC技术发展愈加成熟,在各个设备和行业中的应用较为广泛,同时充分促进设计技术创新、变革。在电机多段速中应用变频器和PLC技术,能够安全、平稳控制电机运行,同时促进变频技术和电力行业稳定发展。对此,文章介绍了PLC与变频器概述,分析了变频器和PLC在多段速控制中的系统设计要点,希望能够为相关企业与人员提供参考。 At present,the development of frequency conversion and PLC technology is becoming more and more mature,and it is widely used in various equipment and industries.At the same time,it fully promotes the innovation and reform of design technology.The application of frequency converter and PLC technology in the multi-stage speed of the motor can safely and smoothly control the operation of the motor,and promote the stable development of frequency conversion technology and power industry at the same time.In this regard,this paper introduces the overview of PLC and frequency converter,and analyzes the key points of system design of frequency converter and PLC in multi-stage speed control,hoping to provide reference for related enterprises and personnel.
