高精度多段速热成形伺服油压机关键点设计

摘要 文章介绍了高精度多段速热成形伺服液压机的特点,以及分析了热成形压机液压系统原理图。具体阐述了汽车轻量化的趋势及本公司研发第二代热成形伺服压机存在的问题,引出第三代热成形伺服压机设计需要解决的要点,接着介绍多段速、高精度伺服液压机的油路伺服系统的设计要点,最后介绍第三代伺服压机的运行效果达到前期设计预期。此伺服压机的研制,奠定了公司在轻量化设备方面的核心竞争力,打破了国外设备的垄断。 The article introduces the characteristics of the high-precision multi-speed hot forming servo hydraulic press,and analyzes the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the hot forming press.It specifically elaborated on the trend of automobile lightweight and the problems of the company's second-generation thermoforming servo press,and led to the main points that need to be solved in the design of the third-generation thermoforming servo press.Then it introduced the oil of the multi-speed,high-precision servo hydraulic press.The design points of the road servo system,and finally introduce the operation effect of the third-generation servo press to meet the pre-design expectations.The development of this servo press established the company's core competitiveness in lightweight equipment and broke the monopoly of foreign equipment.
