介绍了研发的液压机柔性冲压生产线及其关键技术,包括应用比例伺服控制技术开发的专用液压系统,基于现场总线的柔性冲压生产线控制系统,上置式电动同步调节全吨位低噪声冲裁缓冲装置等。该柔性冲压生产线速度快,控制先进,成形质量高,可满足多品种、小批量生产模式。
The flexible hydraulic press stamping line has been introduced as well as its key technology, in- cluding special hydraulic system by application of proportion servo control technology, control system of flexi- ble stamping line on the basis of fieldbus, and top-placed electricsynchronousregulating full-tonnage buffer- ing unit for stamping noise. This line has advantages of high speed, advanced control, and high forming quality. It can satisfy the multi-kind and small batch production.
