摘要
Th17细胞是一种不同于Th1和Th2细胞的新型第三类效应性CD4+T细胞亚群,以特异性分泌高水平的IL-17为特征,后者作为一种炎症介质,通过与IL-17受体的结合,以及与IL-6、TGF-β等细胞因子和Th17细胞的特异性转录因子维甲酸相关孤儿受体-γt的相互作用,引发包括JAK/STAT等途径在内的一系列信号传递,从而在免疫应答中发挥重要作用,介导机体炎症反应和自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展过程。近年来,人们对Th17细胞的分化及其调控机制开展了深入研究。本文就影响Th17细胞分化的细胞因子、转录因子和信号传导及转录激活因子通路调控的最新研究成果进行综述,以加深对Th17细胞分化和免疫功能调控机制的认识,进一步拓宽研究视野和思路。
Th17 cell is a new type in the third type of effect of CD4+T cell subsets.It is difference from Th1 and Th2 cells,with a high level of specificity secretion of IL-17 as the characteristic.IL-17 as a medium of inflammation,combined with IL-17 receptors,interacts with cytokines like IL-6,TGF-βand Th17 cell specific transcription factor retinoid-associated orphan receptor-γt.It triggers a series of signaling pathways including the JAK/STAT pathway,which plays an important role in immune response,mediating the occurrence and development of inflammatory responses and autoimmune diseases.In recent years,in-depth studies have been carried out on the differentiation and regulatory mechanism of Th17 cells.This paper reviews the latest research results on cytokines,transcription factors,signal transduction and regulation of transcriptional activator pathways that affect Th17 cell differentiation,so as to deepen the understanding of regulation mechanism of Th17 cell differentiation and immune function,and broaden research horizon and ideas.
