乳腺癌中白介素-11、信号转导和转录激活因子3的表达及相关性 被引量:4

The Expression and Association of IL-11 and STAT3 in Human Breast Cancer

摘要 目的通过研究白介素-11(interleukin 11,IL-11)、信号转导和转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)在乳腺癌及乳腺良性病变中的表达水平,探讨IL-11和STAT3在乳腺癌中的表达与临床病理参数的关系及两个变量的相关性。方法将160例乳腺癌和20例乳腺良性病变组织应用免疫组织化学法,检测IL-11、STAT3在乳腺癌组织、乳腺良性病变组织中的表达情况;并分析IL-11、STAT3与不同分子分型(LuminalA、LuminalB、基底样型、HER-2过表达型)、临床病理参数的关系;了解IL-11、STAT3在乳腺癌表达中的相关性。结果在乳腺癌中IL-11、STAT3的阳性率分别为78.8%、76.3%,明显高于乳腺良性病变的阳性率15.0%、10.0%,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);乳腺癌中IL-11与STAT3表达呈正相关,两者之间差异具有统计学意义(r=0.456,P=0.002)。结论乳腺癌组织中IL-11与STAT3表达呈正相关,乳腺癌中IL-11、STAT3表达情况与乳腺癌的组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移密切相关,提示两者在乳腺癌发生、发展及侵袭、转移中发挥重要作用。 Objective Through the study of interleukin- 11 ( IL- 11 ), and signal transduction and transcriptional activation factor 3 ( signal transducer and activator of transcription 3, STAT3 ) protein expression in breast cancer and breast benign lesions organizations, we investigatedIL-11 and STAT3 expressions in breast cancer and their relationships with clinicopathological parameters and related applications in breast cancer occurrence and further estimated the correlation of these two factors. Methods Among 160 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of breast benign lesions samples, we appled immune histochemical methods to measure IL-11 and STAT3. The relationship between IL- 11, STAT3 and different molecular fractal ( LuminalA, LuminalB, basal sample,Her-2 overexpression type) and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed so to understand thecorrelations of 1L- 11, STAT3 expression in breast cancer tissue. Results The positive rate of IL- 11 and STAT3 in breast cancer tissues were 78.8 % and 76.3 % respectively, which was significantly higher than the positive rate of benign lesions of the breast, which were 15.0% and 10.0% (P 〈 0.05 ). Il-11 was positively correlated with STAT3 expression( r = 0. 456, P = 0. 002 ). Conclusion The expression of IL- 11 and STAT3 in breast cancer is closely related to the degree of differentiation of tumor and lymph node metastasis, suggesting that they play an important role in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
