摘要
目的研究采用ICU机械通气治疗重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法对80例重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者进行研究,将患者进行1~80序号排列,奇数为对比组,偶数为研究组,每组均40例。对比组患者行常规治疗,研究组患者行常规治疗+ICU机械通气治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后呼吸功能及血气指标,对比两组患者治疗后并发症发生概率。结果与对比组相比,研究组患者治疗后呼吸功能及血气指标情况优势更明显(P<0.05);对比组相比,研究组患者治疗后并发症发生概率5%更低,优势更明显(P<0.05);与对比组相比,研究组患者治疗后总有效率更高,优势更明显(P<0.05)。结论采用ICU机械通气治疗重症肺心病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果显著,患者接受治疗后呼吸功能及血气指标较好,且患者行ICU机械通气治疗后并发症发生概率较低,故值得临床借鉴。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ICU mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods 80 patients with severe pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure were studied.The patients were arranged with 1-80 serial numbers.The odd number was the control group,and the even number was the study group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,while patients in the study group were treated with conventional treatment and ICU mechanical ventilation.The respiratory function and blood gas indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the incidence of complications in the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the respiratory function and blood gas indexes of the study group after treatment were more obvious(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the advantage was more obvious(P<0.05).Compared with the contrast group,the total effective rate and advantage of the patients in the study group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ICU mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure is significant.The respiratory function and blood gas indexes of patients after treatment are better,and the incidence of complications after ICU mechanical ventilation treatment is low,so it is worthy of clinical reference.
