摘要目的探讨有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月福建省立医院南院收治的88例ICU重症心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组患者采用常规治疗策略,观察组患者采用有创机械通气疗法辅助常规疗法治疗策略。比较两组患者的临床病情改善优良率、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗7 d后的临床病情改善优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗7d后的HR、RR、不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭的疗效更好,能够更有效地控制病情,改善HR、RR水平值,降低不良反应总发生率,值得推荐。 Objective To investigate the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of ICU severe heart failure.Methods A total of 88 ICU patients with severe heart failure admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital South Branch from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment strategy,and the observation group was treated with invasive mechanical ventilation combined with conventional treatment strategy.The rates of clinical improvement,heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),and total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical condition improvement in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 7 days of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,HR,RR and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Invasive mechanical ventilation has better efficacy in the treatment of ICU severe heart failure,which can more effectively control the condition,improve the levels of HR and RR,and reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of recommendation.
