摘要
为了实现传统固态发酵体系的微生物功能可控、生产过程可控和产品品质可控,将合成微生物群落作为生物制剂成为新一代固态发酵体系的关键技术之一。文章简述了构建合成微生物群落的难点,重点介绍了合成微生物群落在白酒酿造、燃料生产和污染物修复等方面的应用,最后提出了合成微生物群落技术在固态发酵领域应用过程中所面临的问题并展望了其应用前景。
In order to realize the controllability of microbial function,production process and product quality of traditional solid-state fermentation ecosystem,a new strategy using synthetic microbial community as biologics has become the core technology of a new generation of solid-state fermentation system.This paper briefly describes the difficulties in constructing synthetic microbial community.The research and application of synthetic microbial community in liquor brewing,biomass transformation and bioremediation are highlighted.Finally,the problems faced by the application of synthetic microbial community technology in the field of solid-state fermentation are presented and its application prospects are prospected.
