摘要
以聚丙二醇(PPG1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三乙胺(TEA)、乙二胺(EDA)为主要原料通过预聚体法合成一系列无溶剂水性聚氨酯,并探讨了硬段规整性对胶膜微相结构和性能的影响。结果表明,无溶剂水性聚氨酯乳液粒径呈双峰分布,胶膜力学强度普遍在35 MPa以上,具有较好热稳定性。硬段规整性的提高会形成更多有序的硬段微区,显著提高胶膜的耐水性。
Taking polypropylene glycol(PPG1000),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),4,4-dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate(HMDI),dihydroxy methyl propionic acid(DMPA),triethylamine(TEA)and ethylenediamine(EDA)as the main raw materials,solvent-free waterborne polyurethanes were synthesized through the prepolymer process.And the effect of hard segment regularity of polyurethanes on microphase structure and properties of polyurethane films were discussed.The results show that the particle size of solvent-free waterborne polyurethanes emulsion are bimodal distribution,and the mechanical strength of those filmsare are generally above 35 MPa and have good thermal stability.With the improvement of hard segment regularity of polyurethanes,more ordered hard segment micro domains are formed,which significantly reduce water absorption of the film.
