摘要
半导体物理与器件是学习集成电路芯片技术的基础和核心课程,由于该门课程具有内容多,公式理论复杂的特点,因此课堂教学具有难度。文章提出在课堂教学中引入思政内容,梳理教学知识点、辅以多种教学方法和多样化考核方式,对课堂教学模式进行改革。通过在课堂教学中实践,反馈结果表明所采取的教学方法极大地提高了学生学习热情和教学质量。同时在结论中总结了在实践过程中需要注意的问题,以期对该门课程持续改进。
Semiconductor Physics and Devices is the basic and core course for learning integrated circuit chip technology.Due to its features of too much teaching content,and complex formula theory,the classroom teaching is difficult.This paper focus on the reform of the classroom teaching from the introduction of ideological and political education:the sorting and enrichment of the teaching content,the introduction of various teaching methods and the diversification of assessment methods.Through practice in teaching activities,the results show that the reform of classroom teaching stimulates students'learning enthusiasm and improves the teaching quality.Finally,in the conclusion,it puts forward the matters needing attention in practice in order to improve the course continuously.
