摘要
合龙施工是大跨混凝土连续梁桥施工中的关键技术,直接决定混凝土桥梁的施工及运营质量。以山东某大跨混凝土连续梁桥为依托,对混凝土桥梁合龙段施工设计、现场施工工艺及质量控制要点进行了系统研究,通过将监控实测值和有限元软件模拟理论值进行对比分析,确保混凝土桥梁合龙施工的顺利实施。
Closing process is a key technology in construction of long-span concrete continuous beam bridges,which directly determines construction and operation quality of concrete bridges.Based on a large-span concrete continuous beam bridge in Shandong,the construction design,on-site construction technology and quality control points of the concrete bridge closure section were systematically studied.The actual monitoring value and the finite element software simulation theoretical value were compared and analyzed to ensure smooth implementation of concrete bridge closure construction.
