提钒尾渣资源化综合利用的研究进展 被引量:10

Research progress of comprehensive utilization of vanadium extraction tailings

摘要 由于含钒产品需求量的不断增加,提钒尾渣的产量也逐年增加,若不能对其实现有效的综合利用,不仅占用了大量土地,造成大量有价金属的浪费,而且会对环境造成严重污染。结合提钒尾渣的物化特性,对提钒尾渣在有价组分回收、制备特种功能材料、有害元素脱除和生产建筑材料等4个方面的研究进展进行了综述。目前,提钒尾渣的综合利用虽然取得了一定的进展,但仍存在不够经济环保、消纳量有限等缺点。而随着人们环境保护意识的不断提高,以及高品位富矿储量的逐年减少,未来对提钒尾渣的综合利用也必将向多种有价元素综合回收,以及降低提钒尾渣产品中有毒、放射性元素含量等方面发展。同时,还需进一步简化工艺流程,利用提钒尾渣制备高附加值产品,以此来降低生产成本,扩大产品的使用范围,提高提钒尾渣的消耗量,实现环境保护和经济增长的可持续发展。 As the demand for vanadium-containing products continuously increasing,the output of vanadium extraction tailings has also increased year by year.If it is not effectively and comprehensively utilized,it will not only occupy a large amount of land,cause a lot of waste of valuable metals,but also cause serious pollution to the environment.Combined with the physical and chemical characteristics of vanadium extraction tailings,the research progress of vanadium extraction tailings in four aspects are reviewed,such as the recovery of valuable components,preparation of special functional materials,removal of harmful elements,and production of building materials.At present,although some progress has been made in the comprehensive utilization of vanadium extraction tailings,there are still disadvantages such as the insufficient economy and environmental protection,and limited consumption.With the continuous improvement of people′s awareness of environmental protection and the decrease of high-grade rich ore reserves year by year.The comprehensive utilization of vanadium extraction tailings in the future will inevitably lead to the comprehensive recovery of multiple valuable elements,reducing the content of toxic and radioactive elements in productions.At the same time,it is necessary to further simplify the process flow and use the vanadium extraction tailings to prepare high value-added products,so as to reduce production costs,expand the use range of products,increase the consumption of vanadium extraction tailings,and achieve environmental protection and sustainable development of economic growth.
