Optimization of extraction of chlorogenic acid from the fruits of Lonicera maackii(Rupr.)Maxim.by response surface methodology

摘要 以金银木果实为原料,通过单因素试验对乙醇体积分数、液料比、材料粒度、提取时间以及提取温度等工艺参数进行研究,优化超声波法提取金银木果实绿原酸的工艺条件。结果表明:金银木果实绿原酸提取的最佳条件为材料粒度180μm、提取时间35 min、提取温度45℃、乙醇体积分数51%。在此条件下绿原酸提取率为2.273%,与模型预测值2.286%相近。 Single-factor experiments were conducted to study the ethanol volume fraction,liquid-to-material ratio,material particle size,extraction time and extraction temperature and other technological parameters,and the technological conditions for the ultrasonic extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle fruits were optimized with Lonicera maackii(Rupr.)Maxim.fruit as the raw material.The results showed that the best extraction conditions for chlorogenic acid were material particle size 180μm,extraction time 35 min,extraction temperature 45℃,and ethanol volume fraction 51%.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was 2.273%,which was similar to the predicted value of 2.286%by the model.
