摘要
透骨草分别以水和乙醇为溶剂进行提取,再将提取液浓缩后,配成不同浓度的溶液,选择纸片法对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、表面葡萄球菌、福氏杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎球菌、大肠杆菌等进行抑菌试验,结果表明,透骨草不同浓度的水和乙醇提取物上述菌种均有较强的抑制作用。
Phryma leptostachya L.var.asiatica Hara,respectively water and ethanol as solvent extraction,and then extract and condensation,dubbed in different concentrations of Solution,choose the disk diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella typhi,the surface of Staphylococcus aureus,Freund′s bacillus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pneumococcus,Escherichia coli etc.antibacterial test results showed that：Phryma leptostachya L.var.asiatica Hara different concentrations of water and ethanol extracts of these strains have a strong inhibitory effect.
