摘要
ESP(汽车电子稳定控制系统)作为智能化、主动性安全程序,由驱动力控制系统、防抱死制动系统以及横摆力矩系统组成,为汽车驱动、制动和转向提供了有效的安全保障。液控单元作为ESP重要组成单元,保证了系统的性能与控制效果。以液控单元回油泵为研究对象,分析研究了回油泵的数学模型,并通过AMESim、MATLAB软件建立其联合仿真模型,对仿真结果分析可知回油泵参数对主动增压制动轮缸压力调节的影响,为回油泵工作效率提高提供了参考依据。
ESP as intelligent and active safety systems,the driving force control system,anti lock brake system and yaw system,car driving,braking and steering to provide effective security.As an important component of ESP,the hydraulic control unit ensures the performance and control effect of the system.The hydraulic control unit pump as the research object,the mathematical model of the pump is derived,and through AMESim and MATLAB software to establish the simulation model,the simulation analysis shows the effect of regulating pump parameters on active booster brake wheel cylinder pressure,provide a reference for improving work efficiency of pump.
