摘要
在研究ABS液压控制系统结构和原理的基础上,对制动压力变化速率进行了理论分析。利用Matlab和AMESim软件平台建立了整车模型和ABS控制策略,并进行联合仿真,验证了液压调节单元的相关部件特性参数对压力变化速率的影响以及高速开关阀控制信号与其临界频率之间的关系。通过台架试验对国外某公司的ABS液压调节单元进行研究,得出了在具体控制周期时PWM信号占空比的有效调节范围。
Based on the research of structure and operating principle of ABS hydraulic control system, a theoretical analysis is made to the braking pressure change rate. A vehicle model and ABS control strategy are built with Matlab and AMESim software platform, which are co-simulated, the influence of related components characteristic parameter of the hydraulic adjusting unit on pressure change rate and the correlation between high velocity switch valve control signal and its critical frequency are verified. A research is made to ABS hydraulic adjusting unit made by an overseas company in rig test, in which the effective adjustment range of PWM signal duty cycle in a certain control period is derived.
