摘要
目的:探讨时间护理联合规范化护理在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤患者后的应效果及对患者焦虑情绪、生活质量的影响。方法:选取104例行腹腔镜下肾部分切除术进行治疗的肾肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和联合组,于治疗期间给予常规组以常规规范化护理,联合组以时间护理联合规范化护理,比较护理干预前、后的焦虑与抑郁情绪及生活质量的变化情况。结果:两组患者护理干预前的HAMA与HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者均比干预前有所下降,且联合组患者干预后的HAMA与HAMD评分较常规组均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理干预前的躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能等生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后两组患者均比干预前有所上升,且联合组患者干预后评分较常规组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:时间护理联合规范化护理在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤患者中的应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者焦虑与抑郁情绪,提升患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of time nursing combined with standardized nursing in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for patients with renal tumor and its influence on anxiety and quality of life of patients.Method 104 patients with renal tumor who underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group.During the treatment,the conventional group was given routine standardized nursing,and the combined group was given time nursing combined with standardized nursing Changes in quality of life.Results there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05),but decreased after intervention.The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of physical function,emotional function and social function between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05),but increased after nursing intervention After intervention,the score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of time nursing combined with standardized nursing in the treatment of renal tumor patients with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is better,which can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
