摘要
目的研究后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤行肾部分切除术的有效护理措施及效果。方法 2016年1月-2017年12月本院接诊的肾肿瘤患者50例,将之按照数字抽签法分成实验组和对照组两组(n=25)。两组都实行常规护理,实验组加用全面性护理措施。分析两组的并发症发生情况,比较患者满意度等指标。结果实验组的并发症发生率为0.0%,明显比对照组的20.0%低,组间差异显著(P <0.05)。实验组的住院天数为(13.17±1.94)d,比对照组的(19.06±2.58)d短,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组的患者满意度为96.0%,比对照组的76.0%高,组间差异显著(P <0.05)。结论于肾肿瘤患者接受后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗期间,采取全面性护理措施进行干预,能够确保手术的顺利实施,降低并发症发生风险,缩短住院时间,提高临床护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effective nursing measures andeffects of partial nephrectomy for retrograde laparoscopic renal tumors.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 50 patients with renaltumor in our hospital were divided into two groups （n =25） by digital lottery.Routine nursing was carried out in both groups, and comprehensive nursingmeasures were added in the experimental group. The complications ofthe two groups were analyzed and the patient satisfaction was compared.Results The complication rate was 0.0% in the experimental group, whichwas significantly lower than the 20.0% in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The length of hospitalization in the experimental group was （13.17±1.94）d, which was shorter than that in the control group （19.06±2.58） d, andthe difference between the groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The patientsatisfaction of the experimental group was 96.0%, which was higher thanthe control group＇s 76.0%, and the difference between the groups was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Renal tumor patients during laparoscopicpartial nephrectomy after treatment, comprehensive nursing measures tointervene, to ensure the smooth implementation of the operation, reduce therisk of complications, shorten hospitalization time, improve the quality ofclinical nursing.
