摘要
大数据的兴起推动着企业人力资源管理的数字化转型,然而企业的大数据应用人才极为短缺。高校“人力资源管理”课程与大数据融合的教学变革,对于培养学生人力资源数据分析能力以满足社会用人需求具有重要的现实意义。嵌入大数据的“人力资源管理”课程体系的设计与实现如下:从教学内容上,在包括人力规划、绩效薪酬等的人力资源管理每一个职能中嵌入大数据的相关内容;从教学手段上,增设数据分析上机实训的教学环节、增设案例分析报告的考核形式。
The rise of big data promotes the digital transformation of human resource management in enterprises,but there is a huge shortage of big data application talents.The teaching reform of integrating big data with the course of Human Resource Management is of great practical significance for cultivating students’human resource data analysis ability to meet the social employment demand.The design and implementation of Human Resource Management course system embedded with big data are as follows:in terms of teaching content,the relevant content of big data is embedded in each function of human resource management,including human planning,performance compensation,etc.;in terms of the implementation path of teaching means,computer training of data analysis is added to the teaching links,and case analysis report is added to the forms of assessment.
