两种床单位消毒法在多重耐药菌污染床单位中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨两种床单位消毒法在多重耐药菌(MDRO)污染床单位中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年12月医院ICU MDRO污染床单位作为研究对象,涉及患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组使用75%乙醇喷洒联合季铵盐消毒湿巾分区域对MDRO污染床单位进行终末消毒,对照组使用1000 mg/L含氯消毒剂小方巾对MDRO污染床单位进行终末消毒,比较两组MDRO污染床单位的终末消毒合格率、消毒时间和消毒人员的满意度。结果观察组MDRO污染床单位的终末消毒合格率为100.00%,与对照组的95.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察MDRO污染床单位的终末消毒时间为(12.49±0.71)min,短于对照组的(21.92±1.04)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组消毒人员的满意度评分为(3.65±0.48)分,高于对照组的(2.00±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论两种床单位消毒法均有较好的消毒效果,但使用75%乙醇喷洒联合季铵盐消毒湿巾分区域消毒的效果更优,可缩短终末消毒时间,提高消毒人员的满意度。 Objective The effects of two disinfection methods applied in multidrug-resistant organisms(MDRO)contaminated bed units were explored.Methods From March 2018 to December 2019,MDRO contaminated bed units of 80 hospitalized patients in the hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each.The terminal disinfection in the observation group was carried out by spraying 75%ethanol and wiping the bed units regionally with disinfecting wipes contained quaternary ammonium salt,while the terminal disinfection in the control group was carried out by small square towels immersed with 1000 mg/L chlorine disinfectant.The qualified rate and disinfection time of terminal disinfection of MDRO contaminated bed units and the satisfaction of disinfection personnel were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of terminal disinfection in the observation group was 100%,and that was 95%for the control group,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);The terminal disinfection time in the observation group was(12.49±0.71)min,and that in the control group was(21.92±1.04)min,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01);The satisfaction scores of disinfection personnel in the observation group was(3.65±0.48),which was higher than that of the control group(2.00±0.55),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Both of the two methods can ensure the quality of terminal disinfection,but the effects of 75%ethanol spraying combined with quaternary ammonium salt showed better,with terminal time shorten and satisfaction of disinfection personnel improved.
