摘要
开展科技创新项目是煤炭企业转型发展的重要支撑。为保障科技创新项目的顺利实施,提升项目成功率,提出了一种基于过程的煤炭企业科技创新项目管理模式。从决策管理、资源管理、项目实施、总结与改进4个方面介绍了煤炭企业科技创新项目管理模式,为煤炭企业进行科技创新项目管理提供理论参考和决策建议。
Carrying out technological innovation projects is an important means for coal enterprises to seek development.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of scientific and technological innovation projects and improve the success rate of project results,a full-process management model of coal enterprise technological innovation projects based on process management is proposed.It introduces the scientific and technological innovation management mode of coal enterprises from the four aspects of decision-making management,resource management,project implementation,summary and improvement,and provides theoretical references and valuable suggestions for the majority of coal enterprise managers to carry out technological innovation project management.
