摘要
在梳理国际碳减排现状进展的基础上,深入分析了美国、欧盟、日本等先进发达国家推进碳中和工作的举措与经验,研判了碳达峰碳中和背景下我国煤炭行业面临的形势挑战,提出了碳达峰碳中和对煤炭行业发展的启示,以期为煤炭企业转型发展提供思路借鉴。
On the basis of combing the status and progress of international carbon emission reduction,this paper analyzes the measures and experiences of advanced developed countries such as the United States,the European Union,and Japan to promote carbon neutrality,and studies and judges the problems faced by coal industry in the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.The challenges of the situation have put forward the enlightenment of carbon neutrality to the development of coal industry,in order to provide ideas for the transformation and development of coal industry.
