摘要
为了评价柴桂感寒口服液对外感风寒鸡群的临床治疗效果,试验将240只鸡随机分为6组,即柴桂感寒口服液高(2.0 mL/L)、中(1.0 mL/L)、低(0.5 mL/L)剂量组及药物对照组、模型对照组、健康对照组,每组40只,造模后各组均挑选造模成功的30只鸡,其中柴桂感寒口服液高、中、低剂量组及药物对照组鸡混饮、混饲给药5 d,观察至停药后第7天,健康对照组和模型对照组常规饲养,综合各组鸡只的体温、体重、免疫器官指数、临床症状和治愈率等指标评价临床疗效。结果表明:给药后第5天,与模型对照组比较,柴桂感寒口服液高、中、低剂量组的临床症候积分显著降低(P<0.05),柴桂感寒口服液高、中剂量组鸡只体温显著降低(P<0.05)。试验结束后,与模型对照组比较,柴桂感寒口服液中剂量组雏鸡法氏囊指数显著升高(P<0.05),低剂量组雏鸡胸腺指数显著降低(P<0.05),各药物组鸡只的体温恢复到正常范围,柴桂感寒口服液高、中、低剂量组的治愈率和总有效率均在90%以上,其中高剂量组的总有效率为100%。说明柴桂感寒口服液可有效治疗鸡外感风寒症,临床应用推荐剂量为每升水加1.0 mL,混饮,连用3-5 d。
In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Chaigui ganhan oral liquid on chickens with exogenous wind-cold syndrome,a total of 240 chicken were randomly divided into six groups,namely high-dose(2.0 mL/L),medium-dose(1.0 mL/L)and low-dose groups(0.5 mL/L)of Chaigui ganhan oral liquid,drug control group,untreated group,and normal control group,40 animals in each group.After modeling,30 chickens were selected in each group.Among them,chickens in the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of Chaigui guanhan oral liquid and the drug control group were given mixed drinking and mixed feeding for 5 days,and the chickens in the healthy control group and the model control group were kept routinely until the 7 th day after drug withdrawal,the clinical efficacy was evaluated by body temperature,body weight,immune organ index,clinical symptoms and cure rate of chickens in each group.The results showed that on the 5 th day after administration,compared with the model control group,the scores of clinical symptoms in the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of Chaigui ganhan oral liquid were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the body temperature of chickens in high-dose,medium-dose group of Chaigui ganhan oral liquid was significantly decreased(P<0.05).At the end of the experiment,compared with model control group,the bursa of fabricius index increased significantly(P<0.05)in middle-dose Chaigui ganhan oral liquid groups.The thymus index of chickens in low-dose Chaigui ganhan oral liquid group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The body temperature of chickens in each drug group returned to the normal range.The cure rate and total effective rate of Chaigui ganhan oral liquid of high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose groups were all above 90%,and the total effective rate of high-dose group was 100%.The results indicated that Chaigui ganhan oral liquid could effectively treat chicken exogenous wind-chill.The recommended dose for clinical application was 1.0 mL per 1 L of water,mixed drink,for 3-5 days.
