The Structure,Characteristics and Experience of the Preparation Curricula for Labor Teacher in Germany--Taking Labor Education Major of Technical University of Munich as an Example

摘要 德国拥有一套相对完善的劳动教师培养体系,专业的师资培养有效保障了学校劳动教育的有效实施。作为德国最著名的理工类高校,慕尼黑工业大学的劳动教育专业历史悠久,课程体系特色鲜明,为联邦各州培养了大批专业的劳动教育师资。其课程目标定位于培养具备劳动专业概貌的教师;课程内容以劳动、技术、经济、职业领域知识以及相应的学科教学论为主;多种类型的实践课程凸显行动能力导向;搭建课程质量评估与资格认证一体化的评价体系。探究分析该校劳动教育课程体系的结构与特征,对于我国劳动教师的培养具有一定的借鉴意义。 Germany has constructed a quite complete curriculum system of teacher education in the major of labor education that effectively guarantees the implementation of the curriculum in different types of schools. As a famous university of science and technology,the major of labor education in Technical University of Munich(TUM)has some typical features:setting a goal of training professional teachers of labor education;including different courses of labor,technology,economics,career and the didactics of labor education;focusing on the cultivation of teachers’ professional competence of action;following the widelyaccepted curriculum evaluation system as quality assurance. The exploration and analysis of the curriculum of the labor education at TUM could provide some useful enlightenment for the current training of labor teachers in China.
