基于改进区间规划方法的内陆集疏运网络优化 被引量:2

摘要 畅通的内陆集疏运网络对提高集疏运效率、降低集疏运成本具有重要作用。优化内陆集疏运网络时,考虑运输需求不确定性具有现实意义。提出改进区间规划方法处理不确定需求,即将运输需求区间进一步细分构建需求等级,在此基础上建立网络优化模型,将带有区间数的模型确定性转化后求解。通过算例验证模型及改进区间规划方法的有效性,结果表明改进区间规划方法可求得成本更低的配流方案,缩小货流比例的变动范围,降低决策难度,并进一步对改进区间规划方法的配流方案进行敏感性分析,为内陆集疏运网络未来发展提出合理化建议。 Efficient flow in the inland collection and distribution network is crucial to the efficiency improvement and cost reduction of transportation. Considering the transport demand uncertainty in the optimization of inland collection and distribution network is of practical significance. This paper proposed to deal with the uncertain demand with the improved interval programming method, which subdivided the transport demand interval into demand levels, and then established an optimization model for the network. The model with an interval number was solved after being transformed into a deterministic model. The effectiveness of the model and the method was verified by an example. The results show that the improved interval programming method can yield a distribution scheme with a lower cost and narrow the range of the freight flow proportion, which thereby facilitates decision-making. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis of the distribution scheme obtained with the improved interval programming method was performed to provide reasonable suggestions for the future development of inland collection and distribution networks.
