摘要
现代学徒制是制造类专业人才培养的有效方式,在实施过程中会遇到人才培养和生产的矛盾问题、操作训练和理论知识的衔接问题、定岗与培养内容的协调问题和考核的科学性问题,从而影响人才培养质量。经过四川信息职业技术学院的长期实践,文章创造性地提出高职模具设计与制造专业基于职业能力解构的“现代学徒制”纵深教育培养模式,可解决培养过程中遇到的诸多问题,精准分析专业人才需要的知识结构,培养专精的工匠人才,更好地与企业实际生产接轨。
Modern apprenticeship system is an effective way to train talents for manufacturing majors.In the process of implementation,there will be contradictions between talent training and production,the connection between operation training and theoretical knowledge,the coordination between post appointment and training content,and the scientific nature of assessment,which will affect the quality of talent training.After long-term practice of Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology,this paper creatively puts forward further education training mode of“modern apprenticeship system”for mold design and manufacturing major based on vocational ability deconstruction,which can solve many problems encountered in the process of cultivation,make accurate analysis of the knowledge structure required by professional talents,cultivate skilled craftsmen,and better connect with the actual production of enterprise.
