摘要
以乡村地区教育改革、发展、振兴为核心价值关切,县域教育研究已成为中国教育学领域的一个重要路向,并已积淀起一定传统。但县域作为一种特定空间,至今尚未在认识论、方法论与价值论上引起必要的关注,进而也未能在相关研究中真正确立起其应有的知识地位。在新时代中国乡村与城市社会不断整体深度融合、县域成为城乡融合性空间的适切尺度和表征形式的背景下,"县域"应当正式进入教育学研究的概念、方法与价值体系,进而作为纯粹"乡村"教育逻辑"、城-乡"教育二分逻辑之外的第三种空间逻辑选择。县域是中国基础教育改革深度推进和真实发生的关键空间类型,新时代的中国乡村教育振兴和城乡教育融合发展必然要求确立起一种教育改革的县域空间逻辑,这就要求:塑造作为本土教育建设共同体的县域公民,深度推进县域教育变革与社会进步;在发展当地教育传统、激发教育活力、回归教育公共品性及改造县域社会的价值框架中,构建作为中国县域教育价值空间的县域教育景观。
with the reform, development and revitalization of education in rural areas as the core value concern, county education research has become an important direction in the field of Chinese pedagogy and has accumulated certain traditions.However, as a specific channel, county has not yet attracted the necessary attention of epistemology, methodology and axiology, and has not really established its foundation in the relevant research. In the new era, China’s rural and urban society continue to integrate deeply. County has become the appropriate scale and representation form of urban-rural integration space."County"should formally enter the system of concept, method and value in pedagogy research, and then become the third choice of spatial logic besides the pure rural education logic and the urban-rural education dichotomy logic. County is the key space type for the deep promotion and real occurrence of China’s basic education reform. In the new era, the revitalization of China’s rural education and the integrated development of urban and rural education inevitably require the establishment of a county space logic of education reform. It is necessary to shape the county citizens as the local education construction community, deeply promote the county education reform and social progress, and develop the local education tradition, and construct the county education landscape as the value space of China’s county education in the value framework of stimulating the vitality of education, returning to the public character of education and transforming the county society.
