水城小黄姜总黄酮提取工艺优化及抗氧化作用研究 被引量:2

Optimization of extraction process of total flavonoids from Globba racemosa Smith in Shuicheng and Its Antioxidant Activity

摘要 以贵州水城小黄姜为原料,采用超声辅助提取其总黄酮,利用L9(34)正交设计进行工艺优选,并对其总黄酮提取液进行亚硝基、DPPH自由基、羟基自由基和ABTS自由基的清除活性检测。结果表明:当乙醇浓度90%、料液比1∶15、超声提取40 min时,其总黄酮的得率达到最大为1.007%,其抗氧化活性均高于50%。 Total flavonoids from Globba racemosa Smith(producing area in Shuicheng)were extracted by ultrasound-assisted method,and the process was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal design.The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 90%,the solid to liquid ratio was 1:15,and ultrasonic extraction was 40min,the maximum yield of total flavonoids was 1.007%.The scavenging rate of nitroso,DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical,and ABTS free radical were detected,and it was found that their antioxidant activities were all higher than 50%.
