摘要
特发性高泌乳素血症可以严重影响适龄妇女的生育能力及生活质量。溴隐亭为临床治疗本病的主要药物,但服药后不良反应大且复发率高,而中医药在本病治疗方面有其特色。张广德教授为第四批全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承人,临床辨治内分泌代谢疾病多年,针对特发性高泌乳素血症病因不明、西药治疗不良反应大及服药周期长等特点,主张选用中医药疗法,必要时联合小剂量溴隐亭辅助治疗。张广德教授认为本病病位主要在肝,治疗上主要从肝论治,以疏肝解郁为要,兼顾脾肾,内清痰瘀,既关注调理月经周期,又重视调畅情志,可取得较满意的临床效果。
Idiopathic hyperprolactinemia can seriously affect the fertility and quality of life of women of the right age.Bromocriptine is the main drug for the clinical treatment of this disease,but after taking the drug,the adverse reactions are large and the recurrence rate is high.Traditional Chinese medicine has its own characteristics in the treatment of this disease.Professor Zhang Guangde is the heir to the fourth batch of nationally renowned experts in traditional Chinese medicine.He has been clinically used to diagnose and treat endocrine and metabolic diseases for many years.In view of the unclear etiology of idiopathic hyperprolactinemia,large adverse reactions to western medicine treatment and long medication cycles,he recommends selection TCM differentiation treatment method,combined with low-dose bromocriptine adjuvant treatment when necessary.Professor Zhang Guangde believes that the location of this disease is mainly the liver,and the treatment is mainly based on the liver.It focuses on soothing the liver and relieving depression,taking into account the spleen and kidney,and clearing phlegm and blood stasis in the body.It not only pays attention to regulating the menstrual cycle,but also pays attention to regulating emotions,can achieve a relatively satisfactory clinical effect.
