摘要
目的观察丹桅逍遥胶囊联合溴隐亭对高泌乳素血症(HPRL)患者的疗效。方法 99例HPRL患者随机分为丹桅逍遥胶囊组、联合治疗组(丹桅逍遥胶囊+溴隐亭)和溴隐亭组,观察患者临床症状改善情况及血清相关性激素水平。结果丹桅逍遥胶囊组、联合治疗组和溴隐亭组总有效率分别为93.9%、97.0%和90.0%,三组比较差异无统计学意义。与治疗前相比,治疗后三组临床症状体征均明显改善。与治疗前相比,三组治疗后血清泌乳素(PRL)水平显著降低,促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且联合治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.01)。联合治疗组复发率相对另两组更低(P<0.01)。结论丹桅逍遥胶囊联合溴隐亭治疗可明显改善HPRL患者临床症状及血清激素水平,降低患者复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effects of Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules combined with ergolactin in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia. Methods A total of 99 hyperprolatinemia patients were randomly divided into three groups： Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules group, combined treatment group （Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules and ergolactin） and ergolactin group. The serum hormone levels and clinical symptom changes were observed and followed up. Results The total efficiency of Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules group, combined treatment group and ergolactin group were 93.9%, 97.0% and 90.0% respectively. There were no significant differences in three groups. After treatment the three groups significantly improved in clinical symptoms （P〈0.01）. However, the prolactin （PRL）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） in combined treatment group were significantly improved （P〈0.0 1）. Conclusion The Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules combined with ergolactin can significant improve clinical symptoms and serum hormone levels in HPRL patients.
