摘要
针对塔河油田某天然气处理装置湿净化气中H 2S含量及液化气中总硫含量超标、C_(3)+收率低等问题,通过开展原料气常压吸收实验,创新应用油田伴生气H 2S及有机硫脱除一体化工艺,即采用UDS复合胺液在同一套装置中同时脱除H 2S及有机硫,并通过新增原料气丙烷冷却器及高效旋风分离器、优化MDEA再生系统参数控制逻辑等措施,提升天然气处理效果。改造后,湿净化气中H 2S质量浓度由42~197 mg/m^(3)降至16~23 mg/m^(3),液化气中总硫质量浓度降低90%,C_(3)+收率提高至95%以上,液化气及稳定轻烃日均产量分别提高14.3 t和4.6 t,年直接经济效益达2000万元。
Aiming at the problems of excessive H 2S content in wet purified gas and total sulfur content in liquefied gas and low C_(3)+yield in an associated gas treatment unit in Tahe oilfield,the integrated process of H 2S and organic sulfur removal from associated gas was innovated and applied based on sour gas atmospheric absorption experiment,which uses UDS compound amine solution to remove H 2S and organic sulfur simultaneously in same unit.In addition,the effect of natural gas treatment was improved by adding propane cooler and high-efficiency cyclone separator for feed gas and optimizing the parameter control logic of MDEA regeneration system.After revamping,the H 2S mass concentration in wet purified gas was reduced from 42-197 mg/m^(3) to 16-23 mg/m^(3),the total sulfur mass concentration in LPG was reduced by 90%,the yield of C_(3)+increased to more than 95%,the daily average output of LPG and stable light hydrocarbon increased by 14.3 t and 4.6 t respectively,and the annual direct economic benefit was up to 20 million yuan.
