摘要
在脱硫工艺中,贫胺液泵经常发生气蚀。文章通过综合考量,在不影响MDEA再生及吸收H2S基础上,经过工艺流程改造,增加管道,将冷却后贫胺液引至泵入口,并降低胺液温度,提高泵的有效气蚀余量,能有效地解决泵气蚀问题,经过计算得出新增胺液管线流量在30t/h时为最佳,既减少了不必要的能耗又确保在工艺参数范围内不会发生气蚀。
In desulfurization process,cavitation often occurs in the lean amine pump.After comprehensive consideration,this paper can solve the cavitation problem of pumps effectively by adding pipelines to make cooling lean amine solution flow to the pump inlet,lower the amine solution temperature and increase available NPSH through process modification without affecting MDEA regeneration and absorbing H2 S.Through calculation,the paper obtains the result that the flow rate of new amine pipelines is the best at 30t/h,which reduces the unnecessary energy consumption and ensures that cavitation does not occur within the process parameters.
