基于自适应优化策略的橡胶结构设计技术

摘要 尾推式发射筒的某些橡胶元件需要设计一定尺寸的橡胶结构,放入有限空间并利用橡胶变形来实现密封功能。然而压缩橡胶的结构设计难度较大:一方面,橡胶的设计尺寸是被压缩之后的变形状态,而工厂生产的都是未变形的橡胶尺寸,因此设计变形前的橡胶形状,具有一定挑战性;另一方面,橡胶为不可压的超弹性体,若设计的初始尺寸过大,有限空间的限制将装不下橡胶或者橡胶直接被压坏,若设计的初始尺寸过小,压缩后的橡胶将无法填满有限的内部空间,则必然有部分气体从一侧通过未填满的缝隙进入另一侧,使密封特性失效。为了解决上述问题,文中采用基于模糊聚类的自适应代理模型的优化策略,研究了一种橡胶结构设计方法,能够在已知橡胶压缩后尺寸的情况下反推出橡胶变形前的状态。试验表明,利用该设计方法生产出的橡胶,能够一次性解决橡胶结构的密封问题。 For some rubber components of the tail-propelled launch tubes,a rubber structure featuring a certain size is necessary;it is put in a limited space and rubber deformation is adopted to achieve the function of sealing. However,it is difficult to work out the structural design of compressed rubber. On one hand,rubber is deformed after being compressed,but the rubber products are not subject to deformation when they are manufactured in factories. Therefore,it is challenging to identify the shape of rubber before deformation. On the other hand,rubber is incompressible and very elastic. If the initial size is too large,rubber cannot be accommodated in the limited space,or rubber will be directly crushed. If the initial size is too small,compressed rubber will not be able to fill the limited space. As a result,some gas will inevitably enter the other side through the unfilled gap from one side,thus making the function of sealing ineffective. In this article,in order to solve the above problems,based on the optimization strategy characterized by the fuzzy-clustering adaptive metalmodel,a structural design of rubber is adopted,through which the state of rubber before deformation can be deduced when the compressed size is known. The experiments show that rubber produced by means of this method enjoys a high standard of sealing,and the related problems can be solved at one time.
