某球型密封中橡胶圈的受力变形研究

摘要 为了更合理地提高密封件的安装和压紧的准确性,研究了橡胶变形与载荷之间的关系,建立橡胶与载荷的理论模型,并利用ANSYS建立某球型密封中V型橡胶圈的有限元模型,对接触表面施加不同的载荷,分析橡胶圈在不同面上的变形情况。结果表明,Mooney-Rivlin模型中材料常数C1,C2对变形的影响较小。载荷的变化对胶圈侧表面上的位移变化影响较大,对胶圈上表面的位移变化影响较小,在这种小位移变形下,载荷与位移的关系可以看成线性关系,通过最小二乘法拟合出载荷与位移的关系式,能够更加直观地反应载荷对胶圈在径向方向上的影响,为该密封件的安装和压紧提供理论依据,同时通过仿真分析结果验证了该理论模型的正确性。 In order to improve the accuracy of seal installation and compression more reasonably,the relationship between rubber deformation and load is studied,a theoretical model of rubber displacement and load is established,a finite element model of a spherical sealed V-type rubber ring is established by ANSYS,and the deformation of rubber ring on different surfaces is analyzed by applying different loads to the contact surface.The results show that the material constants C1 and C2 in the Mooney-Rivlin model have less effect on deformation.The change of load has a great influence on the displacement change on the side of the rubber ring and less on the displacement change of the top face of the rubber ring.Under this small displacement deformation,the relationship between load and displacement can be regarded as linear,and by the least square smallest method to fit the relationship between load and displacement,it can more intuitively react the effect of the load on the radial direction of the rubber ring,which provides a theoretical basis for the installation and compression of the seal.At the same time,the correctness of the theoretical model is verified through simulation analysis results.
