摘要
目的分析在子宫肌瘤患者腹腔镜手术围手术期中应用全面护理干预的效果及对其护理满意度的影响。方法研究于2018年10月至2020年9月开展,共纳入我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者102例为观察对象,结合随机抽签结果将所有对象平均分成两组,即对照组与试验组,分别给予常规护理干预与全面护理干预。比照两组患者的护理满意度、不良情绪情况与手术指标。结果与护理后的对照组相比,试验组护理满意度更高,焦虑情绪评分与抑郁情绪评分均更低,手术用时、下床活动时间及住院时间更短,数据比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者的出血量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤患者腹腔镜手术围手术期中应用全面护理干预可起到理想效果,能够改善患者的不良情绪,虽然无法减少患者的出血量,但能够减少手术用时及下床活动时间,可促进患者早日康复出院,患者对护理措施更加满意并积极配合,值得在临床广泛推广及应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for patients with uterine fibroids and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods The study was carried out from October 2018 to September 2020.A total of 102 observation subjects were enrolled,all of whom were patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital during the above period.All subjects were divided equally into the random lottery results,namely the control group and the experimental group,were given routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the nursing satisfaction,bad mood and surgical indicators of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group after nursing,the experimental group has higher nursing satisfaction,lower anxiety score and depression score,and shorter operation time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay.There are statistical differences in data comparison(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids can have an ideal effect and can improve the patient's bad mood.Although it cannot reduce the patient's bleeding,it can reduce the operation time and the time of getting out of bed.Promote patients to recover and discharge as soon as possible,and patients are more satisfied with nursing measures and actively cooperate,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
