摘要
为提高电网公司生产体系运行的稳定性,提出基于拓扑切换的电网生产监控指标可行性定量评估方法。构建生产监控参数模型,在指挥中心整合生产监控的大数据信息,采用智能变电运行支持技术控制生产监控过程,基于此整合生产监控视频信息,构建生产监控指标可行性分析和量化回归分析模型,采用拓扑切换方法,按照统一规范构建视频监控模型,结合电网的管理水平和工作效率特征分布,实现生产监控指标的可行性定量评估。实验结果表明,所提的生产监控指标可行性定量评估方法准确性好,评估模型可靠,提高了电网生产体系的稳定性。
In order to improve the stability of power grid company production system,a quantitative evaluation method for the feasibility of grid production monitoring indicators based on topology switching is proposed.Build production monitoring parameter model,big data information in the command center integrating production monitoring,intelligent substation operation support technology control production process monitoring,surveillance video information based on the integration of production,construction of production monitoring indicators feasibility analysis and the quantitative regression analysis model,using topology switching method,according to the standard construction of video monitor model,combined with the feature of power grid management level and efficiency of the distribution,production monitoring indexes,the feasibility of quantitative evaluation.The experimental results show that the proposed quantitative evaluation method for the feasibility of production monitoring indicators are accurate and the evaluation model is reliable,which improved the stability of the power grid production system.
