摘要
本研究把握当下受到疫情冲击的大学生就业及升学形势,探寻其面临的主要问题及成因,为该群体的学习和未来职业规划提供可供参考的信息和建议,同时也为相关政策的出台及完善提供参考依据,建言献策。本文随机选取592名在校大学生,选用问卷调查法进行调查。调查结果显示,新冠疫情对大学生群体的就业以及升学均存在较大影响,高校、政府及有关部门应及时跟进学生的就业及升学情况,采取积极措施, 同时,高校及有关部门应在关注学生就业及升学情况的同时,注重对大学生未来规划进行有针对性的辅导和教育。
This study grasps the current employment and enrollment situation of college students impacted by the epidemic,explores the main problems and causes,and provides reference information and suggestions for the study and future career planning of this group.At the same time,it also provides reference and suggestions for the introduction and improvement of related policies.The article randomly selects 592 college students and uses questionnaire survey method to conduct the survey.The survey results show that COVID-19 has a great impact on the employment of college students and further education.Universities,government and relevant departments should follow up the employment and enrollment of students in a timely manner and take positive measures.At the same time,universities and relevant departments should pay attention to students'employment and further education,and pay attention to targeted counseling and education for college students'future planning.
